Why digitization reviews matter more than advertising
Anyone can claim quality on a website. Digitization reviews come from people who have already taken the risk of handing over irreplaceable material, and they describe what actually happened rather than what was promised. That is why we ask for them and why we publish the imperfect ones alongside the glowing ones.
Read before you commit
Before choosing any lab, read their reviews looking for two specific things: whether customers mention communication during the job, and whether anybody describes what happened when something went wrong. Those two answers tell you more than a hundred five-star ratings.
Where to read and leave digitization reviews
Most of our digitization reviews live on our Google Business listing, where customers can rate the work and describe what they sent us. Google reviews are the ones prospective customers see first when they search for a local lab, so that is where feedback helps most.
