More Media Digitization Questions

Below are the media digitization questions customers ask us most often once they get past pricing and turnaround.

Do I need to sort everything first?

No. Sorting is part of the job, and people who try to sort first usually stall for months. Bring it as it is.

Can you work from damaged or mouldy material?

Often yes. Mould, broken splices, snapped tape and warped reels are routine here. We inspect first and tell you what is realistically recoverable before charging for the attempt.

Will you throw anything away?

Never without asking. Every original comes back to you unless you specifically ask us to dispose of something.

How do I know the transfer is good?

You check it before you leave, or we send samples for larger jobs. If something is not right we redo it.
